Build me a macOS desktop app called cue that floats as a small glassy panel over everything and acts like a private AI copilot. It should be able to look at my screen when I ask, listen to my mic, and also hear meeting audio so it can help in real time during calls or while solving coding problems. I want simple actions like Assist, what should I say, follow up questions, recap, ask anything, and a shortcut that solves the coding problem currently on screen. Add a Smart toggle for a slower but better response mode, and stream answers into the panel as they are generated.
