Bn5prS/Photon_Gallery ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Android gallery app called Photon Gallery that feels fast, beautiful, and private.

It should work fully offline and keep everything on device, with a clean Material 3 style and smooth animations. I want a home screen, albums view, full screen photo viewer, and video playback. Add things like pinch to zoom, image details, multi select, a simple editor with drawing and markup tools, collage or stitch support, a trash or recycle bin, duplicate cleanup, and a locked private vault for hidden photos. Also include smart search, text recognition, face grouping, and a photo map for geotagged media, but make sure those smart features run locally and do not send data anywhere.

Please make it feel polished on Android 12 and up, use current best practices for a Compose based app, and look up current docs online if you need to. Keep the app privacy focused, local first, and easy to use.
