Build me a simple desktop app called Any2Any that lets a person pick a file, choose an output type, and convert it locally on their computer.

It should handle normal stuff like images, audio, video, PDFs, Office files, text, spreadsheets, and archives, and if there is no direct conversion, it should still do something useful with the content, like turn video into PDF pages, audio into a waveform or spectrogram, images into sound, or text into images, slides, or audio. The app should always explain what interpretation it used, show a preview and conversion log, support batch conversion, and keep the original files untouched.

I want it to run as a Windows app first, with a single easy to launch EXE if possible, but it should also work from source with Python. If you need to look up current docs for any libraries or tools, go ahead and do that.
