I want to build a self-hosted platform for storing and organizing information, basically an internal wiki or knowledge base for my team. The most important thing is that it's extremely easy and intuitive to use, even for people who aren't technical. Anyone with basic word-processing skills should be able to jump in and start creating and editing documentation without a steep learning curve.

It should let us organize content into logical structures, like books and chapters, to make information easy to find. The user interface should be clean, simple, and pleasant to use, not cluttered with advanced features that most people won't need. You can look at the official BookStack website for inspiration on the features and general vibe. Please set up the project using Docker if possible, as that will make it easier for me to manage.
