Build me a backend and simple web app for tracking incoming mail and packages for an apartment or front desk.

It should let staff scan or upload a label or package image, use OCR to read the text, and save the package details so people can see when something arrived. I want a clean dashboard where someone can add, search, and view package records, plus basic admin features for managing users and settings. It should support email based setup and use environment variables for secrets, and I’d like it to run locally with Node or in Docker.

Please make it work with the OCR flow already described, and use sensible defaults so it’s easy to set up. If you need to check current docs for the OCR or anything else, go ahead and look them up online.
