Build me a simple public tracker called Does It Age Verify that turns this README into a clean page people can browse.

It should explain, in plain language, that this is a running list of open source operating systems and their current status on operating system level age verification laws. Show the law sections near the top, with passed, proposed, and withdrawn locations, and keep the source links visible.
