Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a portable coding agent skill for recovering assets from a compromised Ethereum wallet using EIP 7702 delegation, without ever exposing the hacked private key.

I want the skill to guide the whole recovery flow, first checking what assets are in the wallet, then creating a temporary operator wallet, then having me sign one local authorization on my machine, and finally using the operator wallet to broadcast an atomic recovery transaction that moves all tokens, NFTs, and native ETH to a safe address. The compromised key should never be printed, stored, or sent anywhere, only used locally for a single signature. Please include support for chain specific handling so it uses a private relay on chains with an observable mempool, uses a normal RPC on sequencer based chains, and clearly warns me before anything risky on unsafe chains.

Make it usable in any agent that supports skills, and include the helper scripts and a test flow I can run on a fork. If you need current docs for EIP 7702 or wallet tooling, look them up online first.
