BuildGreatProducts/plaid — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a reusable AI agent skill called PLAID that helps a founder go from a rough idea to a launched product through guided conversations and generated planning docs.

It should feel like a product strategist, UX researcher, brand person, technical architect, and launch advisor in one. I want it to support six flows, finding an idea, validating the idea, planning the product, turning design references into a design spec, creating a launch plan, and then helping build the app phase by phase.

For each flow, the agent should ask smart questions, offer useful suggestions, remember the answers, and create clear documents that another coding agent or human could use. The validation flow should be honest and tough, including fatal flaws, real competitors, first customers, and a small 2 week MVP test. The planning flow should create a vision doc, PRD, and roadmap.

Make it polished, easy to trigger with simple phrases, and organized so people can install or reuse it in their coding agent.
