Build me a clean React app for a product called Thinkboard.

I just want a polished frontend that feels modern and easy to use, with a simple homepage, a clear main layout, and a few placeholder sections I can expand later. Please make it responsive, work well on desktop and mobile, and keep the styling neat and minimal. Use TypeScript, keep the code organized, and set things up so I can easily add real pages, components, and data later.

You can use the current Vite React setup and keep the app lightweight.
