Build me a small local web app for managing orders and digital delivery with Mercado Pago PIX payments.

I want a dark, product style dashboard where an operator can create an order, generate a PIX payment, watch the payment status poll every few seconds, and then mark the order as delivered once payment is confirmed. There should also be a public status page for the customer that shows the PIX copy and paste details or QR code, and only reveals the private delivery info after the order is delivered.

Please include a simple API, a public page for checking payment status, and basic audit logging for the important events like order created, payment created, paid, and delivered. If Mercado Pago credentials are not set, make it work in a mock mode so I can test the full flow without a real payment account.
