Build me a cozy social listening app where friends can join the same room and hear the same song at the same time, so nobody has to ask if someone pressed play yet.

I want users to be able to create a room, share the link, search for songs, add them to a queue, and have the app resolve those searches to YouTube tracks on the server. Playback should stay closely synced for everyone, with one host controlling the room and other users able to vote to skip tracks in a simple, friendly way.

Make it feel polished and lightweight, with a clean mobile friendly interface and a PWA style experience if possible. I’d like real time updates for the queue, playback, and room activity, and a basic debug view would be nice for when something goes wrong.
