Build me a ChatGPT style web app that looks clean and modern, with a chat interface where I can talk to an AI in real time.

I want it to support multiple conversations, keep chat history, let me switch between sessions, and save and load messages locally. It should have basic access control so I can lock it behind a password if I want, plus options to import and export chats, and save a conversation as an image. Please include light and dark themes, multilingual UI, and make code blocks and other formatted messages look nice.

Use a Vue 3 frontend with an Express backend, and make it work with either the official OpenAI API key or an access token based mode, with clear environment settings for both. If there are current setup details or API changes online that would help, check those and follow them. Also make it easy to run locally and with Docker.
