Build me an app called EduTrack Hub for students and teachers.

On the home page, let the user choose between student login and teacher login. If they are new, they should be able to register first, and if they already have an account, they can log in with saved credentials. After student login, ask them to pick their regulation, like 24 or 25. After teacher login, let them add the subjects they teach and the regulations those subjects belong to.

Teachers should be able to upload PDF notes or materials for a specific subject and regulation, so the right students only see the right files.
