ChatMED/Prompt-to-Pill ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python tool that takes a drug discovery task in plain English and runs an end to end pipeline for it.

I want to be able to enter a target or disease, then have the app generate candidate molecules, check their properties, estimate ADMET, run docking against the target, suggest optimized leads, and then move into clinical trial planning with patient matching and trial outcome prediction. It should feel like one guided workflow that prints each stage clearly in the terminal and shows progress as it goes.

Please include a simple main script to launch everything, plus separate modules or services for the different steps so they can run independently if needed. If anything in the environment is tricky, add a quick setup check script and make the workflow easy to configure with API keys and local model paths. Use the current docs online if you need to.
