Build me a dark, terminal style trading dashboard that feels fast and keyboard driven, with draggable panels that save their layout locally. I want to be able to search for stocks, ETFs, and crypto instantly, open a live chart, and see the important quote details, news, and market stats all in one place.

It should include a full market screener, a sector heatmap, options chain views, a crypto board, a macro panel with things like Treasury yields and VIX, and a simple portfolio tracker with buy and sell logging plus profit and loss. Add a calendar for economic events and earnings, and make the whole thing refresh live so prices and indexes update without me having to reload.

Use free public market data only, with fallback sources if one is down, and keep it working without any paid API keys. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, do that. Also make it run locally with a web app and a small backend so I can start it easily with one command.
