I want to build a tool that can connect a coding agent like Claude or Gemini to a live Chrome browser. The main idea is to give the AI assistant the same powers a developer has using Chrome DevTools.

The tool should let the agent perform reliable browser automation, like navigating to a URL, clicking on elements, and filling out forms. It also needs debugging capabilities, so the AI can inspect network requests, read console logs, and take screenshots to understand the state of the page.
