Build me a self hosted AI marketing team I can run locally or in Docker.

I want a simple web dashboard plus Telegram support, where I can set up a few different personas like researcher, writer, SEO helper, and ads helper, then send them jobs with @ tags and have the right agent pick it up. It should feel like a team working together, with shared memory so agents can read each other’s output and a coordinator agent that can delegate work automatically.

Please include the main marketing workflows too, like trend research, competitor analysis, SEO article drafting, social post generation, and basic scheduling. I’d also like a place to manage skills, models, and channels from the browser, and a clean way to deploy it with Docker.
