Build me an open source AI company app where I can act like the chairman and give one big mission, then a team of AI roles breaks it into tasks and produces a useful report or deliverable.

I want it to run locally with a simple setup, ideally just one command and my own API key. It should support different company templates like a general company, startup team, trading desk, research lab, software dev team, and harness builder. Each template should have named roles that can plan, research, analyze, write, code, and review work.

Please include a local memory system so the company remembers my preferences, decisions, learnings, old sessions, and searchable archives without sending everything every time. Agents should be able to use tools like web search, web fetch, files, shell, HTTP, code execution, memory search, browser actions, and market price lookup.
