ClawRunr/JavaClaw ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local AI assistant app in Java that I can run on my own machine and talk to from a simple web chat. I want an easy onboarding flow where I can pick an AI provider like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Ollama, enter my key and model, and customize the assistant with my own info.

The app should let me create and track tasks as readable markdown files, schedule them for later or on a recurring basis, and keep everything stored locally. It should also support adding extra skills from a workspace folder, and it would be great if it can connect to outside tools through MCP. Please include a nice web UI for chat and setup, plus support for background jobs with a dashboard so I can see what it is doing.
