Build me a full stack freelance marketplace called Worksy that feels polished and modern, like a mix of Fiverr and Upwork. I want two sides to the app, one for freelancers and one for clients, with sign in, profiles, job posting, bidding, and a clean dashboard where freelancers can track proposals as pending, accepted, or rejected.

Clients should be able to post projects, review bids, accept one, and fund an escrow payment. Freelancers should be able to submit proposals with timelines and notes, then upload final deliverables when the work is done. After that, the client should be able to review and release the payment.

Please include real time one on one chat with online status, typing indicators, and read receipts, but only let people message after a freelancer has bid on a project.
