Build me a Telegram file store bot like the one in this repo, where I can send files or posts to the bot and it saves them, then gives me a unique share link that people can open later to get the same file back.

I want the bot to support admin controls, banned users, broadcasting, premium users, and a simple way to add or remove multiple force subscribe channels. It should also let me turn on auto delete with a timer, so shared files can be removed after a set time and still show a recovery link message. Please include customizable start, about, and force subscribe messages, plus optional buttons and a way to hide captions or protect content.
