CoderMJLee/MJRefresh ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an iOS pull to refresh library like MJRefresh that I can drop into an Objective C app and use right away.

I want simple refresh controls for scroll views, table views, collection views, and web views, with a normal pull down header and load more footers, plus the option to make custom ones with my own titles, images, and animations. It should be easy to attach to a view and start or stop refreshing from code, and it should handle the usual states like idle, pulling, refreshing, and no more data.

If it makes sense, also include a small example app that shows the different refresh styles and how to use them in UIKit screens. Make it friendly for both CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager, and keep the public API simple enough that I can understand it without reading a huge guide. Look up current docs online if you need to.
