Build me a Discord bot for a SCUM server that acts like a small in game economy and admin helper for our community.

It should handle a kill feed and chat feed, let players register their Steam ID, earn and spend coins, check their balance, pay other users, place bounties, enter raffles, and use a simple shop with automatic item delivery. I also want a full set of admin commands for things like adjusting coins, checking users, managing the shop, reopening or closing raffles, and redelivering orders.
