Build me a production ready Redis cluster proxy service in Go that lets me scale Redis data without restarting everything. I want a system where clients can keep using normal Redis commands, including pipelines and most common multi key operations, while the backend data can move around safely as I add or remove servers. Please include an admin dashboard and simple management tools so I can see proxies, slots, groups, and the current cluster state, and make it easy to rebalance data. It should work with existing Redis clients and be compatible with a Twemproxy style setup.
