Build me a simple Windows desktop app for editing save files in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

I want it to feel easy and visual, with a clean modern interface, dark mode, and language support. The app should find the player profiles from the Documents folder, let me choose a profile and save, and then give me handy tools for common edits instead of making me touch raw files. I want profile actions like infinite money, level 100, unlock garages, cities, dealerships, skills, backup profile, clone profile, clone config between games, and rename profiles. For trucks and trailers, let me repair them, fill fuel, set infinite fuel on the current truck, change trailer or truck without visiting the garage, edit trailer load and weight, unlock trailers in restricted areas, customize license plate colors, and save that plate data. Also include teleporting with a game save.

Please add a small settings area for custom Documents path, language, dark mode, developer mode, and convoy slots set to 128. It is okay if it ships as an early version with a few rough edges. Look up current docs online if you need to.
