Colin-Stark/lb-phone — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a working FiveM phone resource for my GTA roleplay server, based on this LB Phone project.

I want players to be able to use an in game phone from an inventory item, with a clean phone UI, client and server scripts, shared config, and database setup so the phone can save whatever data it needs. Please wire everything together so it can be dropped into a FiveM server, started from the server config, and connected to the included SQL file.

Keep the setup simple for someone who isn’t very technical. Make the config easy to edit, include clear comments where I need to change server specific settings, and make sure the item image and phone item are ready to use.

The README only points to the LB Scripts docs, so look up the current docs online if you need to. Please finish with simple install steps and anything I need to import or configure.
