Combodo/itop — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a web based IT operations portal for an IT team. I want one place to track our equipment, apps, servers, users, services, contracts, documents, and support tickets.

It should work like a simple CMDB plus helpdesk. People should be able to create incidents, manage changes, link items together, see what could be impacted if something breaks, and track service level agreements. Admins should be able to customize the data model and forms without rewriting everything.

Please include CSV import so we can bring in lots of data, basic audit checks so we can spot missing or inconsistent information, and a way to connect or synchronize data with other tools later through web services. Make it clean, practical, and usable in a browser by both IT staff and managers. Look up current docs online if you need to.
