Contrary7nit/SteamDaddy ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple Windows Steam utility called SteamDaddy that helps people manage Steam manifests and fix the common SteamTools connection problems.
I want a lightweight app that can detect an installed Steam setup, let me drag and drop a manifest file and matching lua file, and apply them cleanly. It should also have a right click menu with options to repair the SteamTools setup, revert it back to normal, and set an API key so it can fetch manifests by AppID automatically from a CDN if I paste one in. If possible, include a toggle for a second mode that swaps to its own DLL layer and restarts Steam when needed.
Make it feel polished and easy to use, with clear status messages, automatic Steam restart when required, and support for installing the Steam plugin if Millennium is present. Look up current docs online if you need to.
