CookiePLMonster/SilentPatch ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a SilentPatch style fix mod for the old GTA games, specifically GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas.

I want it to quietly fix crashes, glitches, and other annoying bugs without changing the actual gameplay or the feel of the games. It should work as a clean fan made patch that people can drop in and use for a normal playthrough, and it should support each game separately so the fixes match the right version.

Please make it buildable from source and set it up so the project can be opened and compiled in Visual Studio. If you need to check current setup details or game specific requirements, look them up online. Also make sure the San Andreas version can handle the original release, and if possible the newer PC releases too.

Keep the fixes focused on real bugs, not personal tweaks, and organize the code so it is easy to maintain for each game.
