Build me a desktop app called CopyTranslator that helps people read foreign language text faster by watching the clipboard and translating whatever gets copied.

When I copy text from a PDF, webpage, or document, it should clean up awkward line breaks and translate it right away, then show the result in a simple window. I want two ways to use it, one that shows the original text next to the translation, and another focus style view that only shows the translated text so it feels clean and easy to read. It should also handle short words or phrases with a smarter dictionary style explanation, and support app settings like source language, target language, always on top, auto copy, and global hotkeys.
