CruxGarden/plasma-ui ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a React component library for liquid glass style panels, where each panel is rendered on a canvas with WebGL and feels like a living surface. I want a <Plasma> component and a provider that lets me set the overall mood, colors, blur, refraction, glow, and how sticky or syrupy the panels feel. When panels touch, they should fuse together smoothly, when I drag one around it should stretch like liquid, and when I release it, it should snap back into a clean grid layout.

Please make it look polished and animated, with a nice demo page and a simple workspace example so I can see how to use it in a real dashboard. It should work best on desktop, feel interactive, and support different background types behind the glass.
