Build me a working server emulator for Marvel Heroes, with the main focus on getting the game client to connect and play on a local or private server.

I want it to support the 1.52 client fully, and also have at least basic support for the 1.48 and 1.53 clients if possible. It should run on Windows, and if you can make it work on Linux too that would be great. Please keep the server files easy to set up, include sensible defaults, and make sure the account data is stored safely so updates do not wipe progress.

If anything in the repo is incomplete, fill in the missing pieces using the existing docs and code style, and look up current docs online if you need to. I also want clear setup instructions so someone who is not deeply technical can get it running without a lot of guesswork.
