I want it to feel like a useful learning repo where people can browse examples of AI agents, RAG apps, apps with memory, and “chat with your data” projects like chat with PDF, GitHub repos, Gmail, research papers, Substack, and YouTube videos. Each example should be simple to run, well documented, and show a real use case, like customer support, finance, legal research, travel planning, recruiting, teaching, medical image help, meeting notes, or personal finance.

Support popular model providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, plus local open source models where it makes sense. Make the README polished with a banner area, clear categories, links to every tutorial, setup steps, environment variable guidance, and contribution notes.

Please organize the project cleanly so someone can clone it, pick an app, add their API keys, and run the demo without guessing. Look up current docs online if you need to.
