Build me a polished desktop app called Every PDF that helps normal people handle common PDF tasks without needing Adobe. It should work on Windows and macOS and feel simple, clean, and fast.

I want users to open or drag in PDFs, then edit them by adding text, signatures, images, and checkboxes. They should also be able to convert PDFs to other formats and turn other files into PDFs, split a PDF by page range or selected pages, merge multiple PDFs into one, add text or image watermarks, rotate pages, reorder pages, and add or remove password protection.

Please make the interface friendly with clear steps, previews where they help, and sensible error messages. Use the existing Electron, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Python FastAPI style setup. Include local development scripts and packaging so it can be built as a real desktop app. Look up current docs online if you need to.
