Build me a simple web app that lets me loop a section of a song inside Spotify with really tight timing.

I want to connect my Spotify account, pick the song that is already playing on any Spotify device, then set an A point and a B point and have it keep repeating that exact section without drifting off over time. Make the controls easy to use, with buttons to nudge the start and end points by tiny amounts, plus a timeline or waveform I can scrub through quickly. It should also have a few quick jump buttons for moving backward and forward a little while I fine tune the loop.

If it makes sense, include a clean landing page and a lightweight Android version too. Keep it private and secure with normal Spotify login, and make it feel polished and easy enough for someone who just wants to practice a riff, a dance move, or a tricky part of a song.
