Build me a desktop audio plugin that can take a recorded clip or live audio from a DAW and turn it into MIDI notes automatically.

I want it to feel like a real music tool, not a research demo. The plugin should let me drop in an audio file, record audio, choose automatic instrument detection or pick instruments myself, then start transcription and watch the MIDI fill in as it goes. It should also let me hear the result right away with a simple built in synth, plus controls for mix, mute, solo, and per instrument volume. When the transcription is done, I want to drag the MIDI out or save it as a file.

Please keep it fully local, so my audio never leaves my machine, and make it work as a standalone app and as a plugin in a DAW. Use a modern clean interface, support downloading and switching between model sizes, and make sure it works on Mac, Windows, and Linux if possible. Look up current docs online if you need to.
