Build me a small C# script setup that lets me use the EPLAN API from the C# Interactive window in Visual Studio.

I want to be able to load one script, have EPLAN start up in the right offline mode, reference the needed EPLAN assemblies, and then run simple commands right away. Please include a ready to use example script that I can edit with my own local paths, and make sure it has a sample helper for opening an EPLAN project from a file path.

Keep it practical and easy to follow, since I mainly want this for trying out API calls line by line and learning how the EPLAN objects behave. If anything depends on current Visual Studio or EPLAN setup details, feel free to use the latest docs online and make the script work as cleanly as possible. Also add a short note in the code about closing projects and shutting down EPLAN properly when I am done.
