Build me a Python project called Malbolge Free that can run Malbolge programs without the usual size limits.

I want a command line tool that can load a Malbolge file, execute it reliably, and handle both the classic behavior and the unbounded behavior described in the docs. Make sure it can deal with long programs, input and output, and give clear errors when something goes wrong. If there are any tricky parts of the language, look up current docs online if you need to, then match the behavior as closely as possible.

Please include a small test suite with at least one hello world style example and a self check or sample program run, plus basic documentation so someone can understand how to use it from the terminal. If it makes sense, keep the code organized so the VM logic is separate from the CLI.
