Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small but real version of Pitón, a Python like language where the reserved words and some builtins are in Spanish from Mexico, but it still behaves like normal Python underneath.

I want to be able to write files with a .piton extension, translate them to regular Python, run them, check them, and also have a tiny native compiler for a limited subset that can produce a runnable x86 64 binary on Linux and Windows. Please keep the scope honest, only support the subset you can actually make work, and make unsupported things fail clearly instead of guessing.

Also include a simple REPL, import support for .piton files, and a few example programs and tests so I can see it working right away. If you need to look up current docs online for any Python details or native build steps, go ahead. I care more about correct behavior and clear errors than about speed.
