Build me a Node and TypeScript tool that helps a coding agent do real design research before it starts making UI.

I want an MCP server that can search the public Refero style library, find matching design systems from live style pages, and turn one selected style into a clean design.md with the useful bits a developer actually needs, like colors, typography, type scale, spacing, surfaces, components, and simple do and dont guidance. It should also expose the same data as structured JSON, plus a way to check how much of the catalog has been indexed so the agent does not mistake partial coverage for nothing existing.

Also include a small agent skill that teaches the assistant how to use this server first, and a command that can install the skill for common coding agents. Keep it honest, fast, and read only, and make it feel polished enough to use right away. If you need to check current docs online, do that.
