Build me a simple desktop app called Domber that lets me type in a username and quickly check whether that username appears across a bunch of social media sites at once. I want it to feel polished and easy to use, with a clean search box, platform selection, loading feedback, and nice profile cards showing the site name, avatar or fallback image, profile link, a short bio preview if available, and a confidence score for how likely the match is.

I also want to be able to save profiles I care about, open a details view, visit the profile in my browser, and remove saved items later. The list of platforms should come from a CSV file so I can add or edit sites without changing code, using a username placeholder in each URL.
