Build me a Minecraft server plugin for Crystal PvP servers that lets players save and load kits, and open a kit room for managing them.

I want it to feel polished and easy to use, with clear messages when a kit is saved, loaded, or when the kit room opens. Please make sure it also fires events so Skript can hook into kit load, kit save, and kit room open. If possible, include a simple public API that other plugins can use to load kits for players and listen for those kit events too.

Set it up so it’s ready to drop into a Paper or Spigot server, and use sensible defaults so it works out of the box. If you need to check anything current or unclear, look up the latest docs online.
