DartPanel/dart-panel ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted proxy panel that runs on Cloudflare Workers and can be set up in a couple of minutes with a simple one page wizard.

I want a clean mobile friendly setup flow that asks for the needed Cloudflare access, creates whatever storage it needs, deploys the panel into my account, and gives me a private panel link with a random path and fresh login details.

The panel should let me manage VLESS and Trojan access, generate share links and subscription links for common clients like Xray, Sing box, and Clash or Mihomo, and include a few basic routing options like bypass local sites, block ads, and block QUIC. It should also have a password protected dashboard with session security and brute force protection, plus a Telegram bot so I can check status and get my links without opening the panel.

Please make the setup and admin UI simple and polished, and look up current Cloudflare and client docs online if you need to.
