Build me a simple Windows only Python app that looks like a small build tool and lets me bundle harmless test scripts into an .exe for learning purposes.

I want a menu driven interface where I can change a few settings, pick a sample script, and generate an output folder with the packaged app. It should also include a safe demo mode for things like basic obfuscation of sample code, environment checks, and a background process example, but nothing harmful or able to hide, steal, or inject anything.
