Datalux/Osintgram ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Python tool for gathering information from public Instagram profiles. It should be a command-line application. I want to be able to give it a target username, and then it should open an interactive shell where I can run different commands to pull data on that account.

For example, I'd want commands to download all of a user's photos and stories, get a complete list of their followers and the accounts they are following, and see their photo captions and hashtags. I'd also like to be able to get lists of who tagged them and who they tagged.

The tool will need to log into an Instagram account to work, so it should use a config file for my username and password. Please also set it up with Docker and a docker-compose file so it's easy to run without me needing to install a bunch of Python dependencies on my machine. Any downloaded files, like photos, should be saved into an "output" folder.
