Build me a Windows desktop app for Valorant called Toolorant.

I want a clean dark interface that puts a few useful game tools in one place. It should have an instalocker that helps me pick my agent fast, a map dodging tool, a stream hunter that looks up opponent Twitch streams, and a rank checker that shows rank, KD, HS percent, and other match info. Make it feel lightweight and easy to use, with a simple main menu and clear sections for each tool.

Please also add an automatic update checker so the app can tell me when there’s a newer version. If anything needs current API or library info, look up the latest docs online first. Keep it as a Python app that can run from source or be packaged into an executable, and make the interface polished enough to match the screenshots in the README.
