Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Node based tool for these cheap X5 and A9 IP cameras that can talk to their weird iLnk iLnkP2P PPPP protocol and show the cameras working locally.

I want to be able to discover cameras on my network, pair a new camera by joining its access point and giving it my Wi Fi name and password, then run a local HTTP server that shows a simple web page with multiple cameras, live JPEG video, and audio when I click into a camera. It should let me set friendly names, rotate or mirror the image, and optionally try to recover from packet loss if possible. If a camera is blank or not set up yet, the app should be able to configure its Wi Fi too.

Use the existing README and examples as the guide, and if you need current protocol or Node docs, look them up online. Keep the config file simple, and make sure the main commands work for pairing, single frame capture, and running the web server.
