Build me a Telegram mirror and leech bot in Python that can take direct links, torrents, NZB files, Google Drive links, Mega links, Telegram files, and any other supported download source, then upload the result to Google Drive, Telegram, or any rclone supported cloud.

I want it to feel like a real usable bot, not just a downloader. It should let users pick files from torrents before download, support seeding, show live task status, handle archive and extract jobs, support RSS subscriptions, and work with yt dlp for video sites. Make it usable from Telegram chats with buttons and commands, with admin controls, limits, duplicate checks, and per user settings. It should also keep its settings and task data in MongoDB, and be easy to run with Docker.
