Build me a Windows desktop assistant app called JARVIS that feels like a smart, witty helper on my computer. I want it to wake up when I say “Jarvis”, listen to voice commands, and answer naturally with a bit of personality, like a friendly Iron Man style assistant.

It should be able to check my system health, like CPU, memory, disk, battery, and network, and give me helpful alerts when something looks wrong.
