Build me a web app where I can make and edit diagrams by just typing what I want in plain English. I want a chat style interface that can create flowcharts, system diagrams, cloud architecture diagrams, and even simple sketches, then let me refine them by asking follow up changes like move this, add an arrow, or make it clearer.

It should also let me upload an image, PDF, or text file and turn that into a diagram, and I want a way to compare versions and go back to earlier ones if I mess something up. Please make it feel like a real diagram editor too, so I can still see and adjust the canvas, not just chat with it.
